Paul and his team were very attentive and professional. They did an amazing job getting my property sold for top dollar. The entire process was completed while I'm living abroad and it couldn't have gone any smoother. I had zero issues or concerns with the team managing everything from listing to closing. In regards to Paul Domenech and the selling/buying of our house, I cannot say enough about this experience. From having rented this house for several years to strongly not wanting to move and knowing that the owner was putting it up for sale Paul took the reins and made our dream happen. The owner was continuously a person who was hard to reach because she lived out of state, and we were working on a short time frame to buy this house. Despite all the obstacles Paul remained calm, informative and at best comedic a real pleasure to have helping us move forward with this accomplishment in our lives. When I was prepared to sell my oversized house and find a new one that fit mine and my child's needs better, I needed to find the right realtor with a wealth of options for me. I was particular, and he was straight forward. I think it took Paul a day to show me the first and only house I needed to see because he paid attention to what I was looking for. Saved so much time! Let me back up a little though... My girlfriend bought a home a couple months before me that was listed by Pauly. I knew I'd soon be selling, so I started to pay attention to his work ethic. I'd seen his marketing around town, then I watched first-hand how he managed the sale. I was impressed. He got things done. At the same time, he was listing my neighbor's house and Ray had nothing but praise for Paul and his team. I called Pauly up and told him the situation I was in. Ready to sell, need to find the right house, gotta do it soon. Within a day of our meeting, he found us a house we would close on a few weeks later. When it came to selling my house, his team staged it and listed it within a week or two of contact. Within 30 minutes of him listing my home, we had a FULL PRICE offer a month later, closed on both sales. We listed my home at a more than fair price and it was immaculate. I worked with him, the market, and did my part. I took care of small repairs and cleaned every sq inch of my place, he took care of the place I was buying. I saw Paul working hard on his part, so I did mine. Every seller/realtor relationship should be like that... especially if you hire a professional who works as hard as that man and his team. The realty side of the sale was on-point, so it was a winning sale for all involved. He gave me a lot of material regarding the market, inspections on both houses, and advice. He's just on top of his game. He's confident, but extremely humble, too as he gives credit where it's due to those who help him make dreams happen. That's all he wants to do. If you want to Sell your house, look no further. Paul and his team will do everything in their power to make it so. They will even go so far as doing yard work to save you money, that’s how dedicated they are to their clients. I approached Paul about selling my house in June so in July after all my tenants moved out, we got to work. During that time Paul and his team scheduled and oversaw all renovations and restoration needed to make the house sell ready and 1 month after all renovations were complete, my house was in contract. Selling a house can be a stressful thing, but you can trust that Paul and his team know their craft and will be dedicated to you during the whole process. It doesn't get better than Pauly folks. If you want a team of very successful people on your side throughout your home-buying process then go with Paul. Be ready for a fun type A personality who will make you feel like part of the family form the moment you choose him as your guy. One of the main things I like about Paul is that he will be with you though the whole process, anything you need he will be there to help you out and explain to you (even if it takes an hour like in my case) what you are signing and where your money is going. I really lucked out having Pauly as my realtor, but where I feel even more blessed is being able to call Pauly a friend.

This is the very best real estate agent I have ever done business with. I needed to sell my parents' home. I live in another state. Pauly walked through the property with me and pointed out what improvements would impact a profitable sale. I agreed with his vision. Then after I went back home, he went above and beyond in arranging and managing those improvements, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Paul will forever be our family realtor. He helped us previously purchase a for loser we rehabbed into our current home and has now sold our rental. His attention to detail and drive makes you feel like your listing is worth a million dollars instead of a 200k house. He was able to get our home listed in less than a week from the time we talked to him and under contract in a day. We had some issues with the buyers after it got under contract but again Paul and the team were on top of everything and got us to closing quickly. Can't thank you enough Paul. Our first experience with Pauly was a couple years ago when we thought our house was under water and didn't have much hope to be able to even break even, but we needed to move. Pauly came in and saw the potential and hustled for us to sale our house! The sign was barely in our yard a day and Pauly found us a buyer! We went from not having much hope to a sold house and moved into a home he found us as well and it was a home we dreamed would be years down the road for us. Here we are needing to move again and I had to call Pauly, I'm blown away at how far he has come with his business in just a couple years. But honestly not surprised, he is a hard worker and passionate at what he puts his mind to. His strategy is well thought out and he doesn't cut any corners. Very excited to use him again!

My husband and I relocated to Destin last May from Atlanta. We have known all along that Crystal Beach is our optimal location because of its walk-able proximity to everything, much like the city life we miss. We unfortunately couldn't find a property quickly enough when we first moved and got locked into a thirteen-month lease about ten minutes away. Our apartment has been nice, but as we now approach the end of our lease, we are anxious to find a home where we can really settle. We feel confident that Paul will help us find the perfect home before our lease ends. He is clearly knowledgeable about real estate in the area and we can tell that he has our best interests in mind. Is there a 6-star rating? If not, there should be, call it the Pauly star rating. I can't say enough about this professional. One day 1 Pauly started earning our trust and respect. Pauly was always on time, always communicated effectively, listened to our needs and concerns, and always put our family and our needs first. He did everything we expected him to do and a lot of things that I didn't even realize we needed him to do, and he did it with a smile and 100% effort and focus, every time. The end results: our new home found and negotiated for at exactly what we wanted to pay for it, all repairs done to code and on time to ensure a clean closing, and all of this while I was deployed overseas! Pauly and his team worked hand in hand with my wife and with my schedule to make sure that every little detail was taken care of for our new home and they didn't miss a thing. The team that Pauly has built around himself is nothing short of outstanding; together they all made this process as effective and efficient as it could have been. I hear horror stories all the time about bad realtors, listing agents and people who don't really seem to "get it" but not Pauly and not his team. Paul was absolutely amazing! When first speaking to him, he knew we were looking for a very specific setup and partnered us with a great lending company to get a pre-approval. Thank goodness because we found a place way sooner than anticipated. There were multiple offers pending, and he still jumped in and got our bid in on time! When this house was put up for sale, I called Paul to get it for me. He jumped on it and sealed the deal. He checked everything out and got a contract on it before I ever came down to see it. Being in this neighborhood was very important to me. I love the neighborhood and am in the process of fixing the house up now. It is coming along nicely.
