Paul and his team were fantastic! From the beginning to end, it was a seamless process. We were working on a tight deadline to find a property and from a long distance. Two things which could of made it difficult, but it didn't seem to phase them.

After meeting with the team, Josh took over and sent us a listing of multiple properties in the areas, with the specifics we requested. He was always very responsive and would send us new properties as they became available. He lined up close to 20 properties for us to review over a two day period.

We traveled down and met with him and were shown all of the properties. He was friendly, organized and helpful and would provide his own insight when we needed it. From the first time we met to discuss selling my house until after it sold, he was honest and transparent, giving me confidence in doing business with him and his team.

He showed exceptional knowledge of the local market and area, giving me realistic expectation and advice about the price, needed upgrades and repairs, and timelines of completed work.

I was informed of completed work, open houses, professional photos, social media post, showings, and buyer feedback several times weekly, and if I texted him with a question, I immediately received a call back to go over information in detail.

There were several unknown or uncontrollable blockers (repairs, open permits, rising interest rates) that arose as we were in the selling process. He was able to navigate the uncontrollable by giving professional advice backed by local and current data and was able to resolve the controllable issues without any need for me to intervene.

When receiving offers, he was able to present to me the good, the bad, and the ugly part of each and was able to give advice and recommendations on how we should proceed. I felt confidence in his inputs at every decision I made.

When we first met, I told him that I did not know how to sell houses, but I needed a partner who did understand it and could own that process for me. Because of his professionalism, I was able to be hands-off and trust him and his team to give me the best experience possible.
